Rolfing Therapy

Rolfing Therapy

Rolfing looks like a cross between physical therapy and massage. A Rolfing practitioner applies slow, deep stretching around joints, bunched tissues and freeing up stuck, frozen tissues so that your body moves in the way it was meant to.
Rolfing improves posture, relieves chronic pain, and reduces stress. Chiropractors examine the spine (after taking a case history) to ascertain any injuries, accidents or tension that may be causing irritation to the spinal nerve roots.
